Should you wish to return an order for any reason, do not hesitate to contact one of our professional assistants, who will be only too happy to walk you through the process step-by-step. Please make sure you have the relevant details to hand - including your order number - so we can make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
- To process the return, fill up form by clicking on 'Return Request Form' button at above.
- You must wait for us to review and confirm your return request before shipping the product(s) back. You will receive an email confirmation once your return request has been approved. If we need any further information regarding your return we will contact you via email.
- Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by Jew9k.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
- Use the insured shipping methods depending on the value of your order. The minimum return shipping method should be FedEx Ground with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Jew9k for quick and easy refunding.
- All Return Packages should be Mailed to: 919/308, Jewelry Trade Center, 24th floor,Silom Road, Silom, Bangrak,Bangkok 10500. Thailand.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange.
1> Damaged or Defective Products.
You should inspect your order upon collection / delivery for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must inform us within 7 working days after reception, and we will arrange for their return. If your order was found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing, wear or tear or use), we will repair the item or refund the price paid by you, including any delivery charges you paid, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the order, and return it to us. It is at our discretion whether a repair or refund is appropriate.
Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our materials and care instructions on how to avoid this.
2> Incorrect Product
In some busy days, our staff may make mistake and deliver wrong product, but do not worry for it. If you are delivered a product other than which you have selected, we apologize in advance, and we will replace this piece as quickly as possible without baring any shipping charge. Kindly contact us immediately.
Non-Eligibility for Return / Exchange / Refund.
1> Customised / Bespoke Jewelry.
Bespoke designs or jewelry which has been customised specifically to your requirement (e.g. rings with engraving) are not eligible for a refund.
2> Eternity Rings.
Any eternity rings customized specifically to your requirement are not eligible for return and exchange. Eternity rings are considered special order items since they are made to fit a specific size and cannot be resized. It is highly recommended that you have your ring sized by a professional prior to making your purchase.
3> Engraved / Re-sized jewelry.
If a jewelry is Engraved or re-sized (too big or too small size) on special request, it will be not eligible for return and exchange.
4> Altered / Damaged Products.
Any items that have been altered or damaged in any way, whether by the customer or due to improper packaging or handling will be not accepted. We are in no way responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.
5> Unhygienic Product.
Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings, therefore, we can’t accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewelry.
6> Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
We offer a complimentary service of repairing jewelry purchased online. If your item is older than 180 days, you will be charged for basic repairs and return shipping. Any item that needs to have metalwork, replacement of stones or refurbishment will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected by our goldsmiths.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Please note, because all our jewelries are handmade with specially selected stones, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your jewelry. If we are unable to repair it, we may suggest a replacement of similar value jewelry from our collection.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date the item is received at our workshop for your repair to be completed.

Upon the request of a customer, Jew9k will re-size a ring one time free of charge, within the first years after the date of purchase, with the following conditions.
1.> The ring must be re-sized at a Jew9k service center, or at a Jew9k approved service center. If re-sizing at an approved service center, then we must be informed of the cost and approve the cost, prior to re-sizing.
2.> This one-time free re-size will only apply to shanks with no diamonds set on the lower half the shank and will not apply to shanks set with diamonds in their entirety. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply the correct size to Jew9k prior to ordering rings with diamonds all the way around the shank.
3.> Only Jew9k will determine if a ring is resizable or not.
4.> Rings will only be re-sized within one and a half sizes up or down from their original size, unless Jew9k in its discretion determines that it can be re-sized beyond this scope.
5.> Re-sizing requested beyond the one-time free offer, will be charged. The cost of a re-size beyond the one-time free offer will be determined by Jew9k and depend on the individual nature and content of the ring. Jew9k will inform the customer of the cost of re-sizing prior to implementation.
6.> Any ring re-sized by a 3rd party without the authorization of Jew9k will automatically forfeit the warranty, and Jew9k will not be responsible for any costs or damage incurred.
Once your returned order is received and inspected by our experts, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Inspection of returns usually take 7-10 business days from the day we receive the parcel, but it might take longer during busy periods. Please email our team at [email protected] or contact us if you would like to follow up on the status of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely.
All the return shipping charge will be refunded for any error occurred from our side.
We offer our clients the right to reconsider their purchase made on www.jew9k.com. As a consequence we offer our clients to return their jewel within 7 days starting from the reception of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and get the purchase amount refunded or you can exchange it with another jewel in 5 esay steps.
