Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business days, and will arrive in 2 - 3 business days after shipped within Thailand. In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Certain designers make the pieces when the item is ordered, if this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.   

Jew9k is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

Made to Order and personalized orders may Take 2-6 weeks to ship. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address.

For insurance reason, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses and we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from us.

We understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements, such as delivery on holiday and delivery on a particular date, can be made by calling us at +66-2-2674251.

Jew9k is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

Cash on Delivery

Jew9k provides you the option to pay Cash on Delivery across all major parts of the country. We provide cash on delivery through all the major courier providers. This is how it works.

You place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout.

After you enter the shipping addresses (with Pin Code), you will be prompted for Payment Option.

If the COD option is available for the given PIN code, you can select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"

On the next page, you will get an order confirmation message, but your shipment will be pending until a customer service representative verifies your order via phone at the number you provided on shipment address page.

Once verified and confirmed, we will process your order for shipment and you will receive the tracking number and the courier name as soon as it is shipped. You can track the shipment and make sure it is received by you.

You will be required to make a cash payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order.

Please note that you are not allowed to refuse and return to the courier partner in any case at the time of delivery. We have a return policy in case you would like to return the products. Please read our Product return policy.

 Bank Account Payment.

We will provide you the bank account information that you will need to provide to your bank in order to transfer funds from your account directly to our account. Once your bank has transferred the funds, you will receive a confirmation from us, and your order will be processed.

Jew9k is pleased to offer our customers with a 1 year warranty on jewelry purchased through the website.

The jewelry warranty and service policy will remain available to each client who purchases from Jew9k from the date of purchase. The offer is available only on all jewelry sold directly through the Jew9k website. The following conditions apply.

The warranty applies from the date the customer receives the goods for the first time. 

Jew9k's warranty covers the cost of repair for only defects resulting from normal wear, such as cleaningrhodium plating, and loose prongs.

When jewelry under the warranty is sent to the Jew9k offices, it will be inspected only by our jewelry expert who will determine whether any repairs are needed. If repairs are required that are not covered under the guarantee, the company will contact the customer for permission before working on the piece.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry in part or its entirety.

The warranty does not cover re-sizes.

If a defect is discovered, the jewelry must be returned to Jew9k for inspection. Jew9k alone will determine if the defect is due to normal wear or extraordinary circumstances. 

Any jewelry re-sized or altered in any way by a 3rd party not under the ownership of Jew9k or without the authorization of Jew9k will forfeit the warranty. 

The customer is liable for any shipping or insurance costs from the customer to the Jew9k offices. The warranty will cover shipping costs and insurance from the Jew9k to the customer. 

Jew9k will not be held liable for expenses, damage, or any loss incurred while the jewelry is not in possession of the company. Jew9k alone will determine the best way for the jewelry to be returned to the customers.

If it is determined that the jewelry has been damaged outside the bounds of the warranty, due to unusual or extreme wear or use, the customer will be held liable to pay for all repairs.

Due to the nature of this type of jewelry, Jew9k will not be liable for damage to any chains that break on pendants, necklaces, and bracelets. Jew9k will not be held liable for damage to ear-backs, nose rings, or other body jewelry.

Jew9k will report to the customer any necessary repair required, prior to implementing the repairs. Jew9k will be sure to inform the customer if the repair does or does not fall within the bounds of the warranty.

The warranty does not cover the loss or theft of center stones. Any diamonds that have fallen off the ring or become lost will not be covered with warranty and no replacement will be guaranteed.

By purchasing the jewelry from Jew9k the customer has agreed to the terms of this warranty, without the need to sign an agreement to the warranty.

This warranty only applies going forward and will not be offered for goods purchased prior to 1 September 2020.
